Our University Left Its Mark on the Exhibition - Workshop Event Held in İshak Pasha Palace

Under the auspices of Ağrı Governorship and in partnership with our University, the “Traditional Turkish Handicrafts Exhibition and Workshop Event” was organized at Doğubayazıt's historical and cultural heritage, Ishak Pasha Palace.

The opening ceremony of the exhibition was attended by many art lovers, especially Ağrı Governor Mustafa Koç and Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University Rector Prof. Dr. Abdulhalik Karabulut.

Emphasizing the richness of Traditional Turkish Handicrafts in her speech at the ceremony, Governor Koç expressed her satisfaction for Ishak Pasha Palace to host this meaningful event.

While examples from different fields of Turkish handicrafts were exhibited in the exhibition, participants were offered the opportunity for hands-on experience in the Workshop event.

Our University left its mark on the “Traditional Turkish Handicrafts Exhibition and Workshop Event” at the Ishak Pasha Palace.

In the exhibition, examples of ceramics, leather, carpets, rugs, felt, calligraphy, marbling, stained glass, glass and tile art produced at our University were presented to the visitors.

Our University's traditional handicraft products were highly appreciated by the participants in the exhibition, which saw intense participation.

Our University's exhibition team, which contributes to the promotion of Turkish culture and art, drew attention to the importance of continuing such events in their statements.
